In this update, we’re excited to introduce an enhanced welcome experience which captures your fitness goals and motives, as well as 5 easy to complete tasks that set you up for success. We’ve also launched the Workout Hub, which will contain a library of recommended workouts, tailored to your fitness goals. If you prefer to follow your own regime, use our ‘create your own workout’ feature where you can choose from an extensive exercise library to craft your own workout. |
